what a horrible company. I make a agreement with them to pay, which I've probably paid this card off 10- times over due to interest, and they mark it late on the credit file. complete joke then nobody answers the phone and they don't correct the error. they tell you to dispute then it doesn't change. worst credit card you could possibly get!.First PREMIER Bank - Retail Response

First Premier Bank is Creating Credit Fraud, First Premier Bank sent me a preapproval Mastercard that I did not ask for and it dropped my credit rating by 5 points it was approved through Trans Union, I called them and they said I did an application for it online that I didn't do, they lied then they said maybe it was someone else doing Fraud, I had a friend that received 1 aslo, I think they are sending out preapproved credit cards that you have to pay for just to get more business and destroying people's credit rating, they have scummy credit cards and they are a scummy bank that needs to be looked into by the FEDS and shut down.First PREMIER Bank - Retail Response

This company tries to hurt you credit interest rates are way too high and they keep hitting you credit trying to make sure you credit stays bad and when I reached out to see about paying they no longer have access to my account so how do I fix it.First PREMIER Bank - Retail Response

This credit card will ruin your credit!!, I have EXCELLENT payments with this company and they closed my account due to my bank account being compromised, I let them know immediately about this situation and continued making payments to them until all of a sudden they closed my account and reported me having a negative balance . After running the payment over and over charging my account so many times for returned check charge after I told them the bank amount was compromised and closed opening a new account with the same bank.First PREMIER Bank - Retail Response

THEY ARE COMPLETE IDIOTS. Made a payment through my bank account on 3/15 for $100, never got processed through my bank, NOTHING AT ALL. No clue if they put in the wrong account number or what. Got charged an extra fine for overdrawing my account because of their incompetence. on 4/12 called in and spoke to Issac and made a payment of $36.00 reference number #28880784, again was NEVER PROCESSED THROUGH MY BANK. See the attached as to what they have written. Once again, no clue who cancelled this payment of $36 and personally don't care anymore. I refuse to spend extra money on a money order or money gram because the idiots would probably screw that up also. Don't know who is handling their bookkeeping, possibly someone is a different country that can't read english or numbers.First PREMIER Bank - Retail Response

Very horrible customer service! I literally want to close this credit card asap! I called in this morning to see about getting a late fee removed (I’ve never been late with first premier) the lady continued to say the amount is delinquent which I was not aware because I made my payment she said it’s delinquent $1 said it multiple times! I’m like ok I was calling to see about getting the late fee removed and you keep talking to me about a dollar and you keep over talking me being very passive aggressive and I don’t like that! I want to file a complaint against that agent and I didn’t even want the credit anymore because she made me feel like because I’m over $1 there’s no help I can get! I would love to speak with someone higher up to get this resolved!First PREMIER Bank - Retail Response

I was able to obtain this credit card when my credit was not so amazing. After years of rebuilding my credit. I have been a customer for 5 years. I recently asked that the monthly fees be waived or significantly lowered for both cards. The fees are extremely high and are not helpful in the long run. The customer service refused and said it’s not possible. I have been a customer for 5 years. Have never missed a payment on either of my credit cards and have paid not only thousands of dollars in interest, but have also paid around $1,500.00 in monthly fees. I requested help, was refused help and eventually I came to the terms of if you can’t help me, I do not want to be a customer of first premier anymore. After getting upset with me for saying “I do not want to be a customer and do not want to discuss it anymore.” I asked to speak to a supervisor. She could not help either and finally agreed to cancel the cards. My credit will take a big hit from this, and in the long run Premier Bank has put me in the exact same situation I was in a few years ago. Please rethink this credit card if you are serious about taking control of your credit and rebuilding it. My credit took a big hit from closing two accounts with longevity, so ultimately I am a very upset customer. I have been a loyal customer with multiple cards and had to cancel my credit cards because they could not accommodate my needs as a customer any longer. I even advised that, if there were not some way to come to an agreement I would have to give negative reviews. I was charge $95 to open account and they also took $75 from my credit line I never missed a payment but they still close my account and even though my account was closed they charge me $90 in fees my account went from $237 to $277 I kept getting charged feesFirst PREMIER Bank - Retail Response

I am disappointed with this company. I have had two credit cards with this company one since 2017. I fell on a hard time and they will not work with me. I fell forced to keep my other account open and I have tried to negotiate payment for deletion or workout a way to get my card back.
