We have a brand new ****** boat purchased in the last 2 months that needs warranty work on the hub of the ****** trailer. We contacted the service department at Soo Sports and spoke with John ******** to get service. This business is an authorized ****** boat dealer and advertises full service including warranty work for customers. We were told first, because we didn't buy the boat there at that dealership they wouldn't do the work and then he backtracked and told us we would not be prioritized and he wouldn't even look at it for a month. I have contacted my original dealer and ****** Boats to find out why an authorized dealer can advertise service and not provide it. I would like an explanation from Soo Sports on how they would like to resolve this poor customer service and false advertising as a full-service ****** Boat dealer. Thank you.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/10) */ Contact Name and Title: Brian *******, Owner Contact Phone: ************ Contact Email: ******************* I spoke with the husband of the person who filed the complaint and apologized for the conversation that took place and explained the status of our service department backlog. He thanked me for the call and advised he is getting it fixed somewhere else. We are an Authorized ****** Dealer and handle warranty items on their behalf. Unfortunately our service department is 2-3 weeks out if you drop your boat off to be serviced. If you want to make an appointment for a specific day we are 30 days out. I'm not trying to make excuses for the call, however, most small businesses that I know are struggling to find help and we are no different. Long hours and large workloads causes stress on everyone. Once again I apologize for the way the conversation went and we are willing to work with you in the future. Just give me a call.
