10/14 I *** a $**** cashier check to Tak Communications to purchase a 2014 ***** *** can. 10/15/2022 I picked up the van a the keys but was declined a bill of sale or a tag. I have made several attempts to receive paperwork on the van only to be told the van was sold to someone else. The own refuses refund my payment. Yet, I have the van and keys in my possession. Due to not having paperwork, I can't get insurance to have it repaired after it was broken into and had to pay a tow truck not to hold the vehicle after showing proof of purchase.Business response

This vehicle was purchased indirectly by the end driver. The funds will be refunded by the company this was purchased through.Customer response

This is a scam game between two ******* 3rd party associates TAZ communication and *** ***** / *** *********,John and Airelle ******.
TAZ communication claim,"they do not business with anyone they are not associated with " but the excepted payment directly from me not John and Airelle ** ****. Therefore,I should receive my funds or title from TAZ.
TAZ communication and John and Airelle ****** (*** ******/ ***) started this scam together. Now they believe they are in the clear if both sides continue to blame the other. I
This is both parties attempt to keep my money and title to vehicle.
Nothing has been resolved. The scam is continuing because I still didn't receive my money or the title that I purchased directly from TAZ communication.
If I didn't purchase the vehicle from TAZ, you have$**** in my name for no reason. TAZ can not have it both ways. You need to get your money from John ****** whom you say you sent the title to.
What money did John ****** give you for the vehicle. Nothing because TAZ communication and *** ****** / *** are running another scam.Business response

The third party company she purchased the vehicle from has refunded her and taken possession of the vehicle.
