I have been a loyal Sunoco customer for years and I was receiving .** cents off a gallon of gas for years. As of February 2023, the price at the pump does not change. When I asked Sunoco about this, they said I would get a statement credit if I did not get the reduction at the pump, which I did not. I just received my statement and there is no credit. I am going to try to call them again, but most of the customer service reps don't know what I am talking about.Business response

Sunoco stated 0.** cents per gallon discount from the 1st day of opening my new Sunoco Rewards account for 60 days. This is not happening. Most customer service people don't know what I'm even talking about. Finally someone said it would take 2 billing cycles, but would not revert back to the previous purchases. The 60 day Rewards will be over by then.Business response
