Bought 2 cases in Wichita KS. Worst peaches ever. Hard like baseballs. Complained on Facebook and they deleted the comment! Guess they don’t want anyone to know the peaches suck.

Non-responsive company. They sold me a bad box of peaches that was clearly frozen or something and did not ripen properly. They were all rotted in less than a week. I tried to contact the company for a refund and they won’t even reply back at all. They’ve also sold bad cherries to my mother-in-law and myself. Never replied then either. They don’t let you look at the fruit prior to purchase. They are a really bad company.Review from Ember E

Last schedule in Watford City, ND my family and 30+ other cars waiting in the parking lot at 8am and they did not show at all!! There were no notifications stating it was canceled. It was hours later until costumers posted on their Facebook page to complain. All of the comments were deleted by the administrator. Yesterday, I received a text notification at 10:30 pm about the following day’s local deliveries. The lack of communication to customers and late text messages are professionally inappropriate.Review from Allan H

There customer service is crap, I bought rotton strawberries too was good and the entire bottom was rotton, I was told to send a email which I did. The relied they are busy and will get back to me. Several months past and no response. They also had no flavor, Walmart sells better strawberries! Careful when buy from them look at bottom and the entire box of any fruit prior to purchase because you will get absolutely no customer service!!! Terrible service.The Fruit Truck Response

Excellent customer service and fruit. I have been a customer for several years and the last year has been exceptional quality of fruit. Very quick pick up at the truck as well. Long line but they got through the line fast. I waited a total of 7 minutes for my fruit this last pick up. Friendly crew and the young boy that was working even offered to carry my box to the car. I have eagerly awaited strawberries and pears from the Fruit Truck since 2015. I purchase 3-4 cartons for each of the 3 deliveries per fruit season. In 2023, the strawberries delivered the first time were disappointing compared to the prior years’ deliveries. The second and third deliveries in 2023 met the expectations the Fruit Truck had set for all deliveries in prior years. This year, both first and second deliveries were disappointing and tasted like those at local groceries. The third delivery happened on a snow advisory day and the roads were treacherous. Very unfortunate for the Fruit Truck that manuevered the dangerous drive and the customers. So I am only writing this to provide feedback to a business that I want to continue to support. I am not writing just to complain. I look forward to continuing to purchase fruit from the Fruit Truck. I have valued their products the majority of the time and hope they continue to improve their operations.Review from Nancy B

I've only bought from them once--strawberries. I got the poundage I paid for. I had just recently hurt my back and was walking with a cane. One the staff very kindly carried the berries to my car. My only concern, some of the berries had been picked too soon and still tasted green. But overall, my experience was good with them. I plan to buy more strawberries again this spring.Review from Susan S

I stopped purchasing fruit from this company due to being shorted on fruit more than once - citrus, cherries, etc. I paid for a certain poundage and rarely got it. I did contact the company and they did give me credit toward my next purchase twice but I am just done.
