              I signed up to try Spartacus services on 12/18/20. After not really seeing any traction or value out of having the service, I sent an email to the business listed email at ****************************** on 3/12/21 to have them delete my account and personal information from their records. On 3/13/21, ****** emailed me back confirming they unsubscribed me. Unfortunately, this was a lie, and every week on Friday this company sends me a status update email about the work theyre doing for me on their service platform. I also see I can still gain access to a full account on their website. I reached out to support again on 4/23/21, complaining that my request was not fulfilled, and the company never replied. Still getting weekly emails and still have a full account.I have reached out to support again on 7/23/21, again hoping my request to remove me would be fulfilled. Again, the company has ignored my request, and I still receive notices, and still have a full account.
