The company listed failed to fulfill an annual contract that included sprinkler winterization. When I contacted them I was referred to another company that did the service. That company billed me for the service and when I contacted Equity Green I was told they would take care of the bill. Well that didn't happen and I've not been able to contact them as their phone number goes immediately to voice mail and that in box is full. My annual contract was for $466.50 that included fertiliser and weed control that were accomplished but the sprinkler winterization was not. I did send the bill from Weller Brothers, $90.27, to Equity Green. but it still hasn't been paid. I gathered in my conversation with ****** ******** that I wasn't the only client that was stiffed. I only request the amount I had to pay ($90.27) for the service they were supposed to provide.Initial Complaint

I prepaid on 1/30/23 for 6 lawn fertilizer services and sprinkler winterization. The final 2 lawn fertilizer services were not completed at a prepaid cost of 83.07 for each service ($166.14 total). The sprinkler winterization was also not completed at a prepaid cost of $79.88. I have called multiple times, left multiple voice mails with no response. I did speak with the owner once over the phone and was told the money would be refunded in 3 weeks and I should find someone else to do the winter sprinkler blowout. That was over a month ago. I have made multiple attempts to call again and only received voice mails with no response. I did find another company for the sprinkler blowout and scheduled an appointment. A few hours prior to that appointment I received a call from Weller landscaping that equity green contacted them to handle their sprinkler blowouts. I explained that I had prepaid for this and is this covered, the person said I would have to discuss with equity green. I went and cancelled the prior appointment as I thought this would be covered by my prepaid payment with Equity Green. The person never mentioned a cost or that they would be billing me for the sprinkler blowout. I later received a bill from Weller for the sprinkler blowout. Obviously was not covered by my prepaid payment to Equity Green. I am looking for a refund of the prepaid payments for the final 2 fertilizer treatments and sprinkler blowouts that were not done.Initial Complaint

I reached out to the lawn care service on or around 10/4/2022 to advise my lawn had a bunch of weeds in it that they came and resprayed for. On 10/5/22, I contacted them with pictures to advise whomever was sent to treat my lawn, they had killed my grass, as it was all yellow (both front and back yard). James (owner), sent someone over to do aeration on the yard. The grass is not coming back this spring. I reached out to him again on 4/10/23, 4/14/23 & 4/17/23 via text, as well as tried to call a number of times to see what would be done to fix my lawn, with no response. This company is negligent in the services provided for my lawn care and I would like something done immediately to rectify the situation. They have been my lawn care service for around 3 years now and I expect that this should be taken care of. Very poor customer service and don't appreciate being ignored to fix something they are clearly at fault for. Thanks, Chris ********
