    I purchased a ******* vehicle from Schulte Subaru on 12/3 . Remote start and simple dent repair were worked into the deal and both were supposedly scheduled two weeks out. I was told it would be a simple fix and would only take a few hours. I drive over an hour away and waited all day in ***** ***** to hear at 5PM that they had an issue between the remote and ****** and they would have to keep my vehicle for a few days. I was told I would be called with updates and days went on without hearing from anyone. I had to call back multiple times and got nothing but a run around and wasn't able to pick vehicle up until the following Friday. I got home and the dents were not fixed and when I used the remote start, the alarm on the car would go off. Resulted in me having to take another day off of work to get the vehicle back to Subaru to be fixed again, which was extremely inconvenient. This time while it's in their possession, I get a call saying that they were backing out of the shop and the driver backed into something in the parking lot and they would have to get the vehicle into the body shop to have back bumper replaced and it would be a few more days. In the meantime, the title paperwork was completely incorrect including my address, drivers license and sale price. I had to get a 15 day extension on my license plates while waiting to get correct paperwork returned to me. I have owned this vehicle for a little over 45 days and I have got to drive it MAYBE 5 days. The customer service was ********** ********. Every time I would attempt to contact the salesman, he wouldn't answer my call but would "read" my text instantly. If I tried to call the business, I was always transferred and had to leave messages and no one would return my call. I even reached out to customer service and never got a response from anyone. I would appreciate if this is made right somehow. (example: helping pay my ****** tax and license plate fees at the courthouse or gas cards to equal amount)

    Incorrect diagnosis of an issue with the stereo system on my subaru. I Was told the amp was blown on my stereo system and was charged $80 to assess the situation and quoted $1,000 to fix it. I did not get it fixed due to the cost. A few months later I was pressing buttons on my steering wheel and pressed the mode button on the steering wheel then the stereo worked again. Terry Schulte subaru is Quoting unnecessary repairs. I called to tell them the issue was misdiagnosed and they said they would keep that in mind...how would they like to be charged unnecessarily for a misdiagnosis? No remorse. Bad business. I will definitely share this story with everyone I know!
