    I purchased 3 jerseys from this company for $*** back in August of 2022, but never received them. After placing the order, I received an invoice for the purchase and a confirmation email with my order number, but no further emails about the purchase. I have tried tracking my order multiple times over the past few months and it still shows "order processing". I have tried reaching out to their support team via email and ******** numerous times but have yet to get a response back. I have also requested a refund and have yet to receive and response back on that. * **** ****** **** ******* ***** ***** ****** **** * ***** ** **** **, but after almost 4 months, I'm pretty sure they're just not coming and I got robbed.

    I really hope as many people see this as possible! I have never experienced a more heartless company. They will steal your money and not provide you with your purchase. I purchased over $700 worth of jerseys to cheer up my sister who has cancer. Since she can no longer attend concerts I bought these jersey using my entire Christmas bonus. It took over two months to receive the jerseys and when I finally did one was missing. I have begged and pleaded to customer service over 8 different times to send the missing jersey and even explain why I needed it so badly. After 5 months of back and forth the company has officially gone silent. I was very understanding and explained my situation in every single message. And every time I got the same reply which was "we will make you a new jersey and provide you with a tracking number soon". I would wait anywhere from 1-4 weeks before reaching out again to try and give them the benefit of the doubt, but it has been another 2 months since I sent my last messaged and they still refuse to respond. I don't understand how a company can be so heartless to not just send a single missing jersey which has already been paid for but never received so that someone with cancer can have some joy during this trying time. I have explained my sisters situation and that I don't know how long I have with her, but they couldn't care less. THIS COMPANY TRULEY MAKES ME SICK!
