On Feb. 2, 2024 my wife and I ate lunch at this establishment, our bill total was $36.57, I then added a $5.00 gratuity for a total of $41.57. which I charged to my credit card. When I checked my account I see that the server/cashier had charged my credit card for both amounts, $36.57 and $41.57. I have stopped out to the Alibi twice, given them copies of everything and my name and phone number. I have also called twice and left messages. They have not responded back to me nor have they credited my account for the $36.57Customer response

April 3, 2024: I again stopped at the Alibi Bar and Grill concerning my complaint, I spoke with ******** who again took copies of my receipt and credit card statement showing the double charge on my credit card. I just received a msg. from ******** showing that they have issued me a credit for the $36.57. I also checked my acct. and it shows the credit a pending. So this issue has been resolved to my satisfaction and no further action needs to be taken by the BBB.
