      So when I bought my home in March 2022 I was solicited by Leafguard for clog proof gutters. Since my home didn't have gutters at all I decided to buy gutters and guards from this company. They come out and inspected and gave me an estimate. After about 6 months the gutters started leaking along the entire length in front and back. Especially by my doors which is one of the main reasons I purchased. Well I called and they promptly sent out a service technician. He did some work above my back door and told me I am good. A bit later on it was leaking again in the same spot. He came out promptly and worked on it and this time I was told my roof is bad. The roof is less than 5 years old. I asked why this wasn't noticed when inspecting for the estimate or the installation to which I was told he don't know. Also I have a lot of trees and wasn't told this product would not work. The leak was not fixed. I then noticed that that there were water lines about every 12 inches or less along the entire length of the gutters in the back and the front. Later I attended a local event and Leafguard had a station set up. I was asked if I needed gutters and I told the rep I had some. She asked how I liked them and she made me an appointment for a service guy to come out. The guy came out and looked at the gutters. He took a bunch of photos of the front and the back and acknowledged the multiple water lines along the length. After he took pictures he left the house. He called my wife a little later and told us to call the service technician again. As much as I paid for this product, I have had nothing but problems from the beginning but I continue to pay the bill. I would love to have a functional product I bought without water damage to the home. They have had a tech out several times with no solution to the problem and they want me to call another one out. I am very unsatisfied with the product and service I have received.

      The product is OK, but I would not recommend the company. It's over priced, the install left a mess. By mess I mean they spilled screws all over our driveway looked at the spill and did not clean them up. Caught it all on our RING doorbell. That resulted in 3 flat tires between my husband's truck and my SUV. We picked up 3 double handfuls of screws. They had to cut part of our roof off and left chunks of steel all over our yard. I found one with my foot while I was playing with my kids, thought I got them all cleaned up and found more in the grass with the lawn mower.
      When we had the quote done I said I wanted a rain barrel installed. It's the kind with the lid so we don't have to worry about debris and bugs, their instal solution was to just leave the top off and shove the gutter into the barrel. The ground slopes off from the house with rock all the way around it. The barrel is going to end up ripping the gutters off because it is at such an angle.
      The gutters come off our house at about 18" off the ground so it's a tripping hazzard for one and the extenders always fall off whenever we get any moisture at all because they are so tall. Even the heavy dew from last night was enough to knock 2 down. I called about a month ago asking for them to either come put the rain barrel in correctly or to install the rest of the gutter and not use the barrel. Was told someone would be out Friday to look at it. Then they called Friday afternoon and said they were not going to make it and if I would take pictures and send it to them. I sent the pictures and did not hear anything. Text the same person this morning with pictures of the extenders falling down and showing how high they are with a query of what to do with them and he replied with "They have wishbone stakes at ******* that you can use just make sure they are 4"."
      So I guess they expect me to just ignore the rain barrel issue and fix the extenders myself. I'm not sure why the gutter has to come off the house so high up anyway. I asked them on their Facebook page and they never responded. There were people who replied to me saying to stay away from this company. I wish I would have looked into their reputation a little better.
      I almost forgot, not only did they leave huge chunks of our tin roof peeled up and made big jagged cuts they left their tin snips on the roof. We have a very pitched roof and I was able to spot them without my glasses on. They were dangling off.
