One month prior to my employer dental coverage starting, I was informed by ***** that I could use their in-house $35/month plan to go see them. She told me that I couldn't have the in-house plan and employer plan at the same time, and that I'd need to cancel the in-house plan when the employer coverage started on 4/1. This is exactly what I wanted (not to pay for 2 insurances) and we were all on the same page. Or so I thought. They are now saying I cannot cancel their $35/month plan despite having other insurance, and are going to continue to charge me month after month for services they won't be providing.Business response

Were sending this letter regarding your account and concerns. We would like to send our apologies on the misunderstanding on the savings plan and insurance. We will cancel the year-long savings plan you signed up for, but you do need to pay the remainder of the services you received on March 3rd, 2022. Attached you will find a copy your signed contract as well as an invoice for the services, minus, what you have paid on the contract.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please reach out and we will do our best to answer them. Unfortunately, the employee you originally spoke with is no longer with the practice. We do apologize for any misinformation or confusion that was caused.
