I would not even give one star t this . this is the worst realty I have ever seen. These people blamed us on not cleaning the apartment before leaving and did cut our security deposit also wanted us to pay more , and we requested was bills of everthing what they have done besides carpet cleaning. We also changed the broken curtains and changed the gas plates , we literally had everthing cleaned each and everything there was not even a single pin of stain all over the house. we have pictures and videos of everything but " *****************************" this lady working there , she says there was a lot of stains and the aopt was smelling bad. how can a person not have a fear of god. I emailed her all the picture , I have even told in the move out checklist paper that everything is perfectly cleaned , except a burn in the kitchen carpet and we need the bills of the carpet change . we are open to pay the bills. If you ask the students living in ********** , studying in University of south dakota, specially the immigrants you will encounter a lot of people being victimized of dakota reality. They make you sign the lease and everything and whenever there is something we need bills of , and we need someproof , they anever response politely, I have emailed ****** all the pictures of the house before leaving we knew dakota realty is always doing like this with a lot of people, so we had pictures but even though she is saying the whole house was not clean, i saw many times, it was stinky, we are clean people we didnot had our house stinky anytime anywhere you can als come to our new apartment. This is the worst of worst of worst realty . these people are using power thats it. in the whole career of ****** she would have never encountered that much of clean apartment after tenants living there. We would never react this way, if we wouldn't have cleaned. there was not even a single hair strain, cleaned for 2 weeks, I am sure they didn;'t paid any one to clean that again. I am 100%sure .

We take returns of security deposit very seriously, this unit was professional cleaned by *****. Intek also cleaned the carpets (per the lease agreement). The tenants were charged for the burn in the new carpet, new drip pans for the stove, and some minor repairs. The tenants had several bucket of water in the bathroom, not sure why, but the water from these buckets overran into the unit below numerous times causing damage to the ceiling below. This unit also is charged utilities, we have tried numerous times to explain that rent is prepaid at the first of the month and utilities are paid at the end of the month based off of usage. The tenants do not seem to understand this. The deposit held was $600 Carpet cleaning and utilities charges were $353 and cleaning and repairs/damages were $370.
