I made a purchase January 2022 at Riddle's in the Mall of America for a women's wedding band, and engagement ring, as well as my husband's wedding band along with with warranties for all 3 items. I had a diamond come out of my engagement ring and did not have access to my receipt and warranty information. I attempted to reach out to the store asking them for a copy of my receipt and was told i am not in their system. Over the course of the last 2 years, my husband and I had contacted the store multiple times to see if we could get a copy of the receipt and was told we are not in their system and that we never made purchases there. I even reached out to their main headquarters and my call was never returned. I went there again in person today and the gentleman told me the same thing. I went home and found the photos attached of my original receipts that show my name and phone number on the purchase receipts. Since all of this started, a year ago September or October my engagement ring and wedding ring had been stolen/lost. At this point I am beyond frustrated and hurt and disappointed and I want this store to rectify this situation. I cannot even get the other items we purchased covered under my renters insurance cause we have no receipts as proof other than the photos. This company is refusing to even look into this situation other than them looking in their system for my name and phone number. And what makes it all the worse, they even shipped us our rings once they were sized to our home where we lived in Milwaukee, WI. And I have text messages on my old phone showing me and the store worker discussing the shipments. At this point, since they say we didn't make these purchases I would like to be refunded for all the items that were purchased and I would like my engagement ring and wedding band replaced.
