      My mom needed a newer, more reliable, vehicle and started looking at Airport Honda. The internet sales person helped her narrow down her choices and was a big help. The salesman, Kevin Coffman, was very thorough in showing her all of the car's features. I would absolutely do business with them again!

      Buyer BEWARE!! We did purchase a vehicle from them - only reason is that they were the only Honda Store that had the model my wife wanted. .. He talked down to us and he kept telling us that was the only unit they had . If he told me once he told us numerous times it was their only unit. The two other Honda Dealers didn't have the vehicle my wanted. The sales manager said that if we put down a deposit of ***** which we agreed to. We returned the day to finalize the deal. They had an addendum on the vehicle of over *****. Prior going to the dealership, I emailed the Internet Department if they were still selling vehicles over MSRP. Their email stated they stopped using Addendums. On the day of our return, we discovered that wasn't 100% true. When I asked the salesman about this, he stated that the statement from the Internet Department was some what true but no on this vehicle because it was the only one they had. They did reduce the addendum pricing to three items, **** for nitrogen for the tires, **** for all weather floor mats and **** that he couldn't explain. I told him that I didn't want the weather floor mats. The salesman keep telling us that they couldn't remove them because they were a Honda addition. I said if that were true then the price should be on the MSRP sticker. He kept insisting that they had to stay with the vehicle. NO matter what the salesman stated, it didn't make sense. Concerning the **** he couldn't explain what that amount was for. Kept saying that they reduced from *****. On the nitrogen in the tires this simply a profit for the dealership. You don't need this. I was ready to walk out, that's when he stated that the deposit is non-refundable. NOT ONCE, did the salesman or sales manger mentioned that the deposit was nonrefundable. Dealers like this is what gives the Auto Industry a BAD NAME. We will not return to this dealer for any reason. I have already talked to another dealer who will be happy to service the vehicle.

      We took my son here to purchase a new to home truck. We bought a 2018 GMC canyon. To start with We where told that it was a 1 owner. The evening of delivery after driving for 1 hr We noticed the truck had a transmission problem and the climate control light was out. We contacted Airport Honda immediately. We where told that they couldn't get the truck back in for service u til 3 weeks later. During this time the fan relay failed and would not stop the fan from running. We went to Airport Honda looking for a solution. They gave us a very hard time about getting a rental. The GM named Chris would not even take the time to come out and speak with us. I think the vehicle should have been checked out before being sold. I would have like to think since the problem occurred within 1 hr of driving off the lot they would have stood behind the truck. I am very glad we purchased the extended warranty. We paid 36,000. For this truck so not like it should have been the junk quality we are stuck with. I really thought going to a reputable dealership they would ha e at least tried working with us, However the where absolutely ?? no help. Basically you bought it so figure it out. Very sad to see business not care about customers anymore. I would strongly advise to stay away from Airport Honda. We even named the truck NIGHTMARE because of the experience we have had with Airpot Honda the product we where sold and the staff we ha e dealt with there. I only gave one star because that is the only I was able to leave a review so that other people may not have to deal with the things we have..

      Lesson Learned: Always have a mechanic check out a used vehicle before purchasing at this dealership. Bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata 2 months ago and within 6 weeks the engine light is on. It appears It needs a new catalytic Converter for $2500.00.

      We make sure to check all our vehicles out before retailing them.  Unfortunately we cannot see the future with things going bad all the time.

      It was 2 months after when the converter went bad. We can possibly save the customer some money on the repair but we can't cover it nor would we have known about it.

      Well the dealership claims they have their cars inspected before they let customers buy them. Maybe they do but that was not the case with my car. I owned it a few days and the cigarettes lighters did not work so I could not charge my phone. I went back to the dealership and the man who sold me the car walked my son through changing the fuse. One lighter works the others doesn't. Also within that first week it was discovered the front speaker is broken. Finally within 2 weeks the oil pressure light came on and I came to find out the car was very low on oil. Bone dry is what the mechanic said to me. Yes they claim they checked this car out before putting it out to sell. Well someone did not do their job. The salesman told me and my son when we bought the car it had new tires on it well when I questioned the warranty on a tire after getting a nail in one of them I was told new tires were never put on by them So he lied. As for the cat converter. I took it to the dealerships service department, explained the situation and all they did was quote me a price for a new one with labor. When I asked about a discount all I heard was I bought the car AS IS. Maybe they did not know about this. They might of been duped as well. Someone traded it in with the engine light off and never said anything. Overall my experience has been terrible and I never felt so taken advantage of in my life. This is why I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Just poor customer service all around.

      Various issues with finance, service and sales. No one seems to return calls. Bought two cars from this dealership and will never go back.
