I bought a jeep from harper 6 months ago with 79,000 miles on it. They gave me a power train warranty and told me I was covered under almoat all circumstances so I accepted the buy. Now I have had multiple failed units to do with the engine and power train and its all been denied through cna warranty company harper uses because a oil filter housing had a failure that they assume ruined the engine and tell me they don't cover the oil filter housing so all damage it does isn't covered. But that housing is partly internal so how is it not covered? Harper has also had my various in there shop for days and have done almost zero work to it. They called me asking to take engine apart to replace a sensor and that it would cost me 500 to take engine part but said they can not disclose cost to replace part or what labor cost would b until it was done. I then found out the part they tried to make me pay out of pocket for was not something that they knew was malfunctioning, they just decided to throw a part at it. My car is nearly totaled at 84,000 miles and I am getting zero coverage on it.
