      Dishonest salesman Greg lies about MSRP. Why lie about something so easily verifiable? Greed and *********. The general manager indicated that Greg’s dishonesty was appropriate. Even management at this dealership has no scruples. Further, when asked to stop contacting me, Greg continue to text me. This dealership is rotten to the core. If you are reading this, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

      Great sales and service department as well. I have bought three vehicles from Twin City Hyundai since 2014. They have treated me like royalty and I so appreciate the people that they have working for them. I have purchased all three from Greg ******* and if I ever decide to buy another, I will ask for Greg! The service department is very good as well and Glen ****** has been my Service Advisor. He listens and follows through on every issue that you might have. I could not ask for any better treatment than what I receive from Twin City, so I hope that if anyone is looking to buy, I HIGHLY recommend them. They will take care of you and a customer cannot ask for a better experience.

      We made an attempt to buy a car from them, after being told the car we wanted was inbound and was exact, I put 3000.00 on the car, when it arrived the only thing that was right was exterior color, so they assured us the seat color would be changed only to be told days later the deal was canceled, then I was told I would get a check in 2 to 3 days and could pick it up, it's been a week now and when I inquired the sales manager became biligerant and told me the check was in the mail, of course no check only more excuses, what a poor excuse for a business

      Long story short. My car had to be towed in for my engine August 1st 2022, it is now January 3rd. 2023. 6 MONTHS... yes you read it right. Mike is the one i had 1st contact with. He said he was the assistant manager training to take over for the old manager in the Service department. Mike is not, or ever was, the manager. I find out this today after 6 months! Mike had told me about 2 months in (after calling every 2 days for the first 2 months) that he had sent in the PA to corporate and they needed some pictures and then we would be waiting on them to get back to us. I asked about a rental and was told by a light headed brunette that they only give rental to people who buy cars... doesn't make sense to me but i guess it does to them. And I waited patiently, Month ago i called corporate and the said they have no PA, I get a case set up. I go in today to see what they have to say. It ended up being all excuses and lies. My car in now dead and my key fob is dead. Mike couldn't even find my car. Matthew Oravitz is the apparent service manage and he basically told me he will try to out a PA in (even though i was already told it was done) the next 48 hours. The moment i walked in to his office he seem annoyed not even knowing my situation. Matthew Oravitz pretty much told me he has 153 PAs to put in today and he has cars in his lot that have been sitting for over a year and i need to wait longer. I have been patient for 6 months why would i be patient now. i'm frustrated and they couldn't give a rats ****. There is so much more but i only have so many spaces to express myself. I am now working with Caleb at corporate to resolve this.

      The service department will not return your calls. I have left 17 messages/ voice mails concerning a new vehicle i purchased there. Ive attempted to make appointments to get my vehicle checked over a serious engine problem. No return calls! This has went on for months. Horrible service
