I spoke to a Jason G***** late September of 2022. Built and agreed on a TRX. Once the vehicle arrived I could not purchaset he vehicle at the agreed upon price. I had all the documents to prove the price, and they would not honor it.

Purchased my 2015 ram 1500 on December 11th, 2020. Immediately was taken back to the service department due to me finding a broken lug stud on the test drive. Was called on December 14th and told the truck was ready for pick up. Drove truck till December 17th when the wheel they replaced the lug studs on almost fell off going down the road due to improper torque of the lug nuts. Had truck towed back to their dealership where they first said it was the. drivers side CV axle that was bad, then the passenger, then the whole front differential. Was given a loaner truck to drive while mine was being repaired. During that time of over 4 weeks I had yet to recieve any copys of my contract, or any registration for my truck from where they transferred over my tags from my trade in. Finally after 4 weeks i got my truck back, with a note that theres now a vibration in the truck over 65 cause the holes in the wheels where the lug nuts go are oval shaped and they cant center them properly. (but was assured this was safe to drive on). and they will not cover a new wheel. After a couple days of driving i noticed the transmission is slipping so i brought it back cause i have an extended warranty on the truck and the service writer agreed it needed diagnosed. Asked about a loaner and was told they cant offer me one. So after paying close to $30k for a truck paying for it for 2 months, having it in my possession for a total of 12 days, I am now taking it to another dealer, having to pay another $2500 dollars, for wheels and tires, $700 for front struts that are completely blown out, and having to go without it again while another dealership works on the transmission. I was told before purchasing the truck that all used vehicles go thru a multi point inspection before being put on the lot. Either that is a lie or their techs need another training course. Absolutely will not buy another vehicle thru them again

If I could select zero stars I would have!! The service department is terrible!!! "I took my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 to Freeland Dodge because there was an overheating issue. I was informed that the oil pump and oil pressure sensor was the problem. After paying $600 for a engine diagnostic I was then told the radiator was leaking. So Freeland began fixing these issues and then called me to inform me that the cams and lifters needed replaced. I paid the $2600 for all the repairs and had the truck home for approximately three days and then the oil pressure gauge in the dash jumped from 74 psi to 96 psi and has stayed there since then. I called them and informed them of this and I was told that 96 is a normal reading. 2 weeks later the oil pan started leaking and once again I took the truck back to Freeland to get it fixed and was charged $160 for a diagnostic test and then they fixed the oil pan leak. This morning one of the hoses on the radiator popped off and all the antifreeze came out and I had to push the truck off the road, find the clamp that should have been on there in the first place, fill up the radiator and then drive home. Now I have been told that the pistons and rings are worn. And I am wondering why they didn't fix those when they had the engine broke down to replace the cams and lifters ??? I have had an absolutely terrible experience dealing with Freeland Dodge!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone else!!"

THE BEST sales and service experiences I have had in a car dealership. Everyone from the service writer to the sales managers were very upfront, honest, transparent, and made sure my needs were met first and foremost! I would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car or that needs a place to service their vehicle.

If I could put no stars I would. Totally disappointed about the experience. Feel like a total bait and switch. They advertise a price and then said the truck wasn't actually that price and proceeded to say that it was 10,000 more than advertised. Completely dishonest and shady. Wouldn't ever recommend Freeland to anyone. Drive down the road to ****** in Murfreesboro. I went there and bought my truck for exactly what their advertised price was. Freeland told me ALL dealerships advertised this way.....FALSE! All dealerships do NOT false advertise to get people in the door. FREELAND DOES!!!
Advertised a truck for $31072 but said that was incorrect and it would be $43000 for that truck. When I confronted them they offered a $500 rebate?????
