We purchased over 11 thousand in outdoor furniture from the store in Franklin, Tn and we will never buy from them again or any other location. Their customer service is horrible!!!! That is being nice! I would have given them no stars if I could!!

Family Leisure set my pool up today. They cleaned up their mess and took my old pool off. They did an excellent job.

My wife and I ordered a hot tub from family Leisure. We saw one we liked but not crazy about color. Salesman showed us one in wherehouse of a different color. We liked the color but hot tub had previously been outside and had several inches of green nasty water and very dirty. We said we like the color and salesman assured us it would be cleaned up before delivery. Salesman said we will deliver it Friday after next. I called to confirm a couple days before and our idiot salesman never scheduled. So after a few more days, our hot tub shows up full of the same green slimy water that it had a couple of weeks prior. Parts were missing for our covers hydraulic lift. No problem ,we understand. They reschedule to bring needed parts... they were a no show. Called and they just never put it on the books again. Family Leisures customer service *****!

I purchased a 33’x54” above ground pool back in May of this year! It has been nothing but a nightmare since that day!Installation was improperly done, pieces siliconed in instead of using the correct parts that screwed in. Found them in boxes scattered throughout my yard! Ever hose leaked, pump leaked. My calls started that week and in the following weeks to come to the point they know my number and avoid my calls and won’t call me back when I leave messages. My pool started being slimy starting week 2next it has been weekly phone calls since. On top of that my child had green hair.I Purchased a salt water system and was guaranteed that the new Perma salt was the best thing .Also was even convinced to upgrade my pool to resin so that the salt would not corrode and guaranteed that it would not turn my blonde hair child green when in fact it did!Took weeks to get the green hair gone!multiple phone calls to the service managers at Nashville store where I was then finally told to just turn off the Perma salt and they would work on finding me a solution to make it right with a true salt system. My pool then turned green rapidly.Call.Sending tech.Tech showed on a Mon and would be back on wed. Never showed. Was Told to go buy shock and shock.Clearer then rapidly Pool greener and then filter clogged by weekend.Called sending different tech, cleaned out filter, replaced sand, dumped a different bottle of Algecide and told me to dump 4 bottles of liquid chlorine 2 that night and 2 -2 days later then clean thoroughly and backwash accordingly. When asked what I was supposed to do then he said someone would be in touch by for me to go buy chlorine tabs and chlorine shock. On my dime!I have called and left multiple messages and have gotten nothing! From May until now we have been able to swim in the pool for a total of 2.5 weeks!I was assured in the beginning that they would definitely make it right and reimburse me for all the issues, now I call and they are suddenly unavailable!

Our pool is fairly new with the liner being only 3 yrs old. We opened our pool in April, found out that it was drained to the bottom, & decided to call and see if we had any warranty for our pool liner since it was so new. Quoted a price of almost $1500 for liner+install and advised that we could incur extra fees from subcontractors that actually did the install. Was advised that as far as warr coverage, it would cover only the liner (no labor) if there was a separation in the seam of the liner. Advised us that we would need to pay $163 for a service call to have someone come out and determine what the issue is. If it was a seam separation, that $$ would count towards the warr price or the full cost of the liner replacement. Andy came out on a Friday afternoon, walked around back to look at the pool, seemed surprised that it was empty, stated that the liner would have to be replaced, pulled on one side of it, and said that he had no idea where the leak was coming from. Advised that they would not know what the problem was until the liner was cut out. At that time, they would determine if it was a seam issue or not. He stated I would receive a call on Mon going over our options. By the following Fri, we had not heard from Family Leisure. When I contacted them, gentleman was extremely rude. Advised us that it was NOT a seam separation, therefore the warr coverage was not a factor. I sent a displeased email to family leisure, received a voicemail from Scott T***** on Fri. Unable to take his call, I returned his call the following Mon, and had to leave a message. He did not return my call. I called again, and he was not in the office. I have since sent 2 follow up emails requesting my $163 service charge to be refunded due to the lack of service we received the day that Andy came out and looked at our pool. We could have sent pictures and accomplished the same thing. We have YET to receive a follow-up e-mail, refund, or call at this point. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. As usual I was promised one thing to replace a pool liner, but after driving there was told I could not do it. I was ready to spend money to have my liner scheduled for install, and this horrible person named Andrew blew a gasket and I thought he was going to try and assault me. I was also looking to purchase a spa as well, but due to the incredibly awful service department, I will not be going back there. Please don’t make my mistake, shop elsewhere, it’s just not worth it to try and do business with these idiots

We went in and bought a 33' pool and a spa at the se time and they were ready to install until we left the store. Next day install department calls and says they can't do what they said, would be 2 weeks , that would be fine if I didn't pay extra to get my sand in 2 days upon their request. Several calls and they finally showed up and did a good gob on install... Now the spa..... was supposed to be delivered day after pool install... called and said would be 3 weeks. Called the install department and they hung up on my wife 3 times. We have decided to get a refund and buy the spa elsewhere. Salesmen make promises they can't keep, management could care less about customer service. Can't get a manager , everything you ask they hang up. If you want a spa I found a owner run , owner managed spa dealer in Lebanon Tn that is customer oriented and available for any reason. If I built houses like family leisure operates, well I'd have no business, customer service first....

Do not buy a cartridge filter!!!!!! Family Leisure sells fthe cartridge filters for there above ground pools as an upgrade. We have not been able to get our pool clear and any debris out and they told me to put panty hose over the strainer basket before the filter to help with debris in the pool, because if you vacuum any debris out it goes right through the filter and back into the pool. You should not have to Jerry ridge your system up to keep debris out and clear I never had this issue with a sand filter ( which is supposed to be inferior ). We also have bad pollen in our area. You can add clarifier or other products to get it to collect at the bottom and that clears the pool up but if you vacuum then it goes right back in to the pool and clouds it back up. The cartridge filter is Complete garbage. Do not buy one if you are around any trees or have pollen on your area. That should be a required question for the employees to ask when selling there product. They told me today 6/11/2022 i needed to buy a robot vacuum because it had its own filtration system and that would clear my pool up. Is you are selling a product that doesn't work just to up sell other products. That is called a scam!!!!!!

Family Leisure customer service wants to help, but they have no professional help to follow through with the orders for the customers. You can't have a third party contractor which is a mom and pop establishment come out to open your pool, but not have the man power to backup everything that needs done for the customer. For instance I needed the pool drained by them and have the liner replaced, the walk in steps installed which are over 150 pounds to pick up and put in the pool carefully so they don't scratch the liner and cause another hole, hook the pump back together and install new perma salt system. I sent in pictures of the current state of the pool and explained thoroughly what was needed of them to perform at this job. This is such a mess and pretty much from day 1 with this company everything has been handled unprofessional on-site at the customers home. Look elsewhere for a pool company.
