            On 11/12/21 I placed an order through Whiskey Mate for an AR-15 Glass Rifle Decanter set and a total of $112.99 was charged to my card. After a few weeks of not receiving any updates, I reached out. Someone named *** replied and explained they were having system issues and couldnt view or change orders. I replied wanting to make sure the decanter would arrive before Christmas. She replied saying that because of these system issues, some shipping emails arent sending out and some people are receiving their orders without that update email. She said she will have to manually check with the fulfillment center to see if mine is in transit. That was on 12/13/21. I followed up again on 12/16 and 12/22 finally just asking for a refund. No response. On 1/13/22 I emailed them again and the address bounced as could not be found. The amount has never been refunded to my card and I never received this decanter set.

            I wish that 0 stars was an option... I ordered from this company 5/20/2021 and here we are in 6/7/2022 with nothing to show for my $125 spent on a Fathers Day gift for my husband. At first the communication was there, but now no one is responding to my emails regarding the delivery of the product purchased or a refund of any sort. This is ridiculous how many ppl they have scammed and I hope their business never prosper.
