Hi. My name is ********* ******. I am filing a complaint against Metro Builder, Inc. due to some lingering issues that wasn't resolved after the modification of my home. There is debris in my yard that was left after they were finished. I've attempted to contact them on several occasions to have this rectified, but my requests have gone ignored. There are also air conditioner ducts left under my house that were supposed to be removed, but my requests to have them removed have been ignored as well. I was told that these things would be removed upon the completion of the modification, which is also in the contract that was given to me, so I don't know why it wasn't done or why **** ******* has ignored my request. I've been very patient throughout this whole process and I just want **** and Metro Builders, Inc. to honor the contract and remove the things I have pointed out in my complaint. I have attached photos of the areas I've addressed in my complaint.

I did reach her son ******** today so I could send a couple of our crew out to assist Mrs. ****** with these items. We have sent workers out to complete the work in the original scope of work. On Oct 1st, 2020, Mrs. ****** signed a letter to the Department of Veterans Affairs stating the work had been completed in a manner that was acceptable. See attachment. Metro Builders, Inc had assumed all work had been completed. Mr. ******* does apologize as he has had several heart surgeries since that date as he is prompt in returning client calls. We have assigned 2 more crew members to go to Mrs. ******' home tomorrow and scheduled with ******** to help resolve any clean up that has resulted from our work. Mr. ******* and Metro Builders want to assure all work that needs to be completed in reference to this job will be completed. We just need communication with Mrs. ****** as our attempts have failed with exception of contacting her son ******** today. Please direct any questions or concerns to ***** Price at XXX-XXX-XXXX.
