            We received a quote from Harris Landscaping to lay 11 pallets of sod. He told my wife that he would prepare and level the soil, including tilling portions if needed. He did include any funds for additional dirt. We agreed to his quote of $4950 and he ordered the sod. He contacted us on Oct 7 that the sod would be delivered on October 8 and his team would be on site to prepare the soil. Two people arrived around 10:30 and started to to some prep. The sod arrived about 10 minutes after they arrived and they began laying sod by 11. One left the site and picked up two other workers with no experience They completed laying the sod by 5 pm and told my wife they would be back Monday and asked her to pay the full amount (our mistake). We reviewed the work on site the 8 and determined that a large majority of the sod was laid on virgin soil on top of stick, holes and weeds (no soil prep). They did a little repair work. But on October 13 ********** and refused to be responsible for his work.

            After spending $4,200 to have landscape water issues corrected by this company and it failing, owner has been repeatedly not showing up to rectify the water issues when he says he is coming. I have screenshots of all communication and pictures of his work that did not solve the water issues that I paid him for.
