We paid for a vinyl pool liner and for installation. This was in October of 2021. We have attempted to contact the owner of the company by email and phone number. He has returned our call and scheduled our install but never showed up and has shut off his phone. We have attempted to reach out numerous times since. We would like our money back or release of the liner we have purchased.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/04/15) */ I was in an accident and fractured my skull. I was put into an induced coma. This was relayed to the customer. While in the coma and observation from 3/2-4/14. Regional One hospital is sending me the records I can add to my dispute. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/04/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) the owner has had since October to install the liner. His unfortunate accident does not change the fact that we have an unusable pool. Due to his accident we had to hire a new company to order and install the liner. The owner had plenty of time to do it beforehand. He has done nothing but lie, he stated the liner was torn by the supplier and had to reorder one. we contacted the supplier and they disputed this. He said he had to pay up front the total cost of the liner, which he didn't pay anything for yet, and they are still waiting for payment. At one point he told my wife he had the liner in his truck and he would be there the following day, which he didn't, it's still sitting at the supplier, unpaid for. All this was verified by the supplier. We scheduled multiple days for him to come out and install the liner and each time he was a no call-no show. At this point we would just like our money back.
