Purchased LED RGB Highlights for 2 *****. One set has had problems with RGB. Theses have a Lifetime Warranty . When receiving calls and money for order , no problem. Making good on said Warranty no return of email, calls or product. Any help with this matter is appreciated .Initial Complaint

I purchased head lights one of them has moisture in it always , I have followed directions as to eliminate the issue , next morning same thing it is kind a pain in the **** to pull the grill too take the light out to pull the vent plugs every day , I need help . I have tried for almost a year email. Social media , text and phone calls ... I feel like a lifetime guarantee is only good if the seller is legit ..Initial Complaint

I placed an order for headlights and fog lights from this company in April of 2021 at **** ***** near me and paid cash for my order. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks to receive my order and now it's April 1 year later and I still haven't received my order. I have attempted to reach the company about this matter but no one ever gets back to me about my order. I have emailed and messaged them but still nothing, I would like my order but at this point I just want my money back so I can order something else.Initial Complaint

I ordered some fog lights for my 2017 *** on 02/19/2022. I waited a few weeks and downloaded the app that this company uses for updates on shipping. After 2 weeks, I received no update. I sent an email attempting to confirm my order and also to possibly receive an update. No response. I waited another week or so and did the same thing. No response. I've texted the owner about a month after my order date, and to no avail, no response. I spoke with my father who's done business with the owner of the company to try and reach out and he said he was going to refund my order. I checked my account after a couple days, no refund and no pending transactions. I had ordered some other lights from this company and I understood shipping took a little longer than expected, however, waiting for 2 months for a product and receiving no kind of update and being rude to customers by ignoring their requests for updates is not a way to run a business. At this point, I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

We purchased the Highbeam headlights for my 2018 **** JL, we got them installed and the halos do not work, the power box is dead. We attempted to reach out to the company via website and on FB and no response, there are suppose to have a lifetime warrenty which it does state that on their website. I bought the Orbital *** headlights for a 2015 **** JKU at the Great Smokey mountain **** invasion in TN in Aug 2020. I have been trying to reach high beam Offroad via ** messenger for over a month. I have previously sent an email and have yet to receive a response from you. I have reached out **** ****** one of the owners directly on ** as well but was completely blown off. What does it take to get an issue resolved? I need to get that ECM wire connection well actually all 3 wire connections since they were all damaged. One pic is of my left headlight with all the proper connections and the other is my right headlight that is damaged. The right headlight itself does not work. The halo on the right not has places in the ring that flickers the ring color or no color at all. The left headlight works but there is a 3-4 in section of the Halo ring from 9 to 12 o'clock that produces the wrong colors and the ring flickers. I need these replaced! I have already gotten a ticket because the headlight does not work. I need to get this resolved ASAP! I'm am seriously disgusted with the customer service. I bought these headlights because of the "lifetime warranty ". Sure if you can get a hold of anyone maybe. I want a new set of the Orbital *** for a 15 JKU or I want a complete refund as they are not holding up to their warranty.Initial Complaint

Purchased LED taillights and LED fog lights for my Wrangler on August 5, 2021, bank has been debited for transaction, however no product has been received, and it's now November with nothing to show for. I order headlights back on July 9th at the nj jeep invasion in wildwood nj. Paid $400 in cash and $100 on my debit card. Was told 4 to 8 weeks for them to be delivered. I have emailed and got no response. I messaged on ******** and was told either I will get an email with tracking when headlights are shipped. Still nothing. Messaged again on ******** and now I am not getting a response.Initial Complaint

Bought the drifter series headlights on June 20,2021 shortly after I received a email with confirmation of my order and got charged for the amount of 280 dollars, after that i dint receive any more information about my items i tried contacting the company but no response from them.
