They charged my card $50 I did not stay there that day I did not give anyone my card nor did I give anyone permission to charge my cardBusiness response

her sister staying at this hotel and she also stay few days i told her sister if you check out late then there will be 50.00 dollar charge and they are paying with this card and try to run away so we have to charge 50.00 dollar
check out time 11 pm and they checked out at 4 pm and we full occupancy so we have to charge there is no refund at all please she already called so many time and i told her there no refund and hotel franchise knows that there is late checkout feeBusiness response

I would also like to add one more thing my card was only on file for *** room number my card was never on file for any other room so yes the money has to be refunded he has avoided me reason being is because he knows better if he wasn't trying to avoid me it would be different but he did
