I walked into their business and asked if this was the place where they sell the flea pill at? They said yes and then immediately asked me if my dog was spayed or neutered and i answered no. They then said that they only will serve people that have their animals spayed or neutered, so i said, so your not going to sell me a flea pill for my dog because he is not neutered and they said no. I stood there for a second thinking and then said out loud i can't do that to my dog with a smile and the older woman at the desk with a really ignorant face and tone said. Well we believe that dogs should be neutered so were not serving you and as i walked out i said i understand that, but you didn't have to be so ignorant about it and left. Then i was so angry about how she had treated me for no reason that when i came home i called up there and asked to speak to the owner and they put me on hold. When they came back they said that the Owner was giving a cat a bath right now and that he said to get my name and number and he would call me back. I said can i have his name and they refused twice to give it to me. So iasked if they were refusing to give it to me and the lady said i am doing what he told me to do. So i said that i was going to call the better business bureau and make a complaint to them because i do not appreciate the way i was treated for no reason whatsoever. The lady then git smart and said well im hanging up now and hung up on me.

The humane society stands for the prevention of the unwanted. Our mission is to serve the animal first, including promoting and standing by our focus of spaying and neutering cats/dogs to decrease the stray population. Just like i said in my review, i understand that. It wasn't what they said it was the ignorant way she said it, when there was no reason to speak to me with the disrespect that she did. I spoke to them with respect and for no reason they talked to me VERY DISRESPECTFUL.
