            I was excited to get a quote from this company when they were at ************* at the *********** in ******* *********. Home Show The gentleman that came out to give me an on-site quote at first was very professional and very polite. However, when he later called me on the phone to tell me that to give me the final I was quoted at the home show I would have to remove the furniture and carpet myself and when I started talking to him about it, he hung up on me. I am no way can give a positive review for this company as when I asked them to stand behind to some degree the quote they gave me they hung up on me on the phone.

            **************, I truly apologize for the unprofessional attitude of my associate. That is in no way how I want my company or me represented. He did call me after the appointment and reminded me or our conversation at the HomeShow. It was a busy weekend and I unfortunately do not recall everyone I interacted with. I will stand by my price from the HomeShow for the Carpet you selected while he was at your house and upgrade the pad for you. Also I will give you an additional discount for the extra headache that you got from my associate. I am truly sorry for this experience and I will handle my associate appropriately. I strive for exceptional customer experience and it is evident I failed in this instance. Please check your email for the updated proposal and I ensure you I will handle this myself and you will not interact with him again. Thank you for your feedback and giving me the opportunity.
