I purchased a very expensive ******************** in 2019. I purchased an additional furniture warranty that explicitly states repair or replacement. The barn doors on the unit are defective and malfunctioning. I reported it properly and Servco has sent multiple parts and service techs that complain that they require both upper and lower new rails and that they require 2 repairmen and repairmen that know how to fix the unit. The repairmen that tgey send out do not know how to fix the unit, do not have the proper parts and do not have the manpower to handle such a large and expansive piece. And for that reason, the repairmen recommend replacement of the unit.I have seen 4 -5 repairmen with no resolve.This has been dragged out for years now.I spent $2400.on this ********************.The company is now refusing to repair or replace the unit.They keep offering me a refund of the amount I paid for the warranty, which I am furious about.I want my ******************** fixed!I want it to work properly, which is why I purchased the furniture warranty plan in the first place. I was assured that my ******************** would ne repaired.I want it repaired or fully replaced.I will accept nothing less.I have years of saved emails as well as screenshots of the technicians reports.I have also reported this to the Attorney Generals office.I am ready to go to docial media & on site reviews, detailing my experience.If the BBB and Attorney General fail to resolve, I will pursue this in court.Customer response

Servco has been notified by the **** State ************************* And yet no communication has taken place from Servco on 2 plus weeks. My ******************** is still malfunctioning.
