I am a RETURN customer! I went to the showroom and ordered a door in October 22. I knew which door that I wanted, because I purchased the same door in 2018-19. The salesman showed me the same door with more bars and said that it was cheaper and in stock. I'm thinking he is ordering this door. I was unsure about the color, the color examples on the wall behind the desk. . He said that when the guy came to measure, he would check the color! I paid my deposit. The guy came to measure and we were not home. I have that on my alarm video. A neighbor called my husband and said that someone was at the house. I looked at the video and said it is the guy measuring the back door. Im at work and busy, thinking I guess they know what color. I receive a call that the door is in and they can install. The day that they chose was a rainy day. The next install appt.; they called and said the installer couldn't make it. They finally came on 12/13/22. I called and the installer told my husband that he would be here for about 15 more minutes. When I arrived, he was almost finished installing the door. I said that's the wrong door; that's not what I ordered. He called AD, then took a pic of the other door that AD previously installed; texted it to someone. He left the door and said that someone would call me tomorrow. When they called, I tried to explain to the person who I think is the owner of AD the issue. he told me that AD wasn't making any money on the door and they were going to correct the color, but not get me the door that the salesperson spoke to me about! I ended the call to contact my husband. When I called back, he was talking to the person that possibly took my order. I heard him say she wants a discount! I told him that I didn't ask for a discount or anything free! I wanted what I was paying for $685 in which I thought would have more bars! He is rude! It is not my fault that the salesperson did the order wrong! Our relationship is ruined! Beware! Go somewhere else!Review from Katie M

I bought two doors from them. They both leak. It is not at the seal but instead around the metal casing around the glass part of the door. I tried to get it resolved and called Mutiple times. The last call he said that all the doors leak a little and said he was very busy and it has now been over a week and I have not heard back. I have had Mutiple security doors over my lifetime and they should not leak like this. I do not expect it to be waterproof but when water is leaking in from part of the door that should be sealed this is a problem. I am also concerned because there is already rust where the water is leaking out and both of my doors have orange looking stuff shinning through the white paint. I am wondering if these are used doors. I do not recommend this place. The doors have issues and they are not willing to do anything about it.

I have been out yesterday to try to help this customer. I called this morning before I read this report to see if it helped any. I ASSURE YOU THESE ARE NOT USED DOORS!!!!
Her door placement has no cover over them except two floors up there is a small overhang. She might have had security doors before but I bet they were not here. As I have tried to explain, there are no storm / security doors that are leak proof when they are in direct water flow. And I did touch up the runs she was discussing here.
I am still trying to keep in touch with her to help her with this.

Update: The Business did come out and re-spray the doors and put caulk where it was leaking. It only helped a little. There is no direct water flow on the door but in heavy rains it will get some water on the door and that is when it leaks. The previous doors I had there did not leak and I have had lots of security doors during my life and they do not leak. The problem with the door is how it is made not with the water on the door. It leaks around the glass frame, which should be sealed tight. The Frame around the glass leaks. Ask anyone this is not normal. I am not sure there is anything more that can be done at this point since it is an issue with how the door is made. But I wanted to clear it up that the problem is not with my house' structural issue but rather an issue of the quality of the security door.
