On 5/6/23, I paid ***** ********************** aka/dba Lashley Limited Guitar Studio a pre-payment of $200 for ******s that I had expected to take in the future. On the check memo, it states "5/6 plus 4 more" for a total of 5 ******s.On 5/26/23, I had one additional ****** and no further ******s from Mr. ************************** to a family illness, I needed to move back to ** to aid in helping my son and unfortunately was unable to contact Mr. ********************** for a refund until January 2024.It was conveyed to me that ******s were not firmly scheduled and there was no contract that I signed that stated my pre-payment of ******s would be forfeited if I needed to leave TN. On January 29, 2024, I contacted Mr. ********************** to see if I could get a refund of my money paid. There was no response.On February 6, 2024, I contacted Mr. ********************** via text message to follow up and request a refund of the remaining balance.After that brief interchange, Mr. ********************** then stated he refused to refund my money and that I could take him to court. All of this confrontational interchange after I had offered a compromise.I am requesting my money paid for ******s I never received to be refunded for the following reasons:1. The money was paid in good faith 2. There was never any contract signed between Mr. ********************** and myself that any money pre-paid would be forfeited 3. An offer of a partial refund and resolution was rejected by Mr. ********************** 4. Mr. ********************** was paid for a service he did not renderCustomer response
