    Sales Representative ***** told me that the Tahoe I was approved for was mine and ready to be picked up. When I went to pick up the keys after signing all proper documentation, he said the headlight needed to be replaced. At the same time his manager was telling me that he was selling the same vehicle to another customer. ***** told me that he would deliver the Tahoe the next day. The next day came and I got a call saying that he sold it to someone else. I made multiple hour long trips and was told the Tahoe was mine. Just bad business.

    My 2015 Honda Accord Touring was displaying that I needed to enter a code to reset my radio manually since holding the power button didn't work. I called the dealership and shared this information. I was informed to come in and they would get my VIN and provide code. I made the 40 minute drive from ******** on my lunch to get this resolved; only to be told by three different people that my car didn't require a code. The radio displays.."Enter Code", which they saw. One gentleman disconnected the battery, reconnected...same display. The young lady came on passenger side, pushed the power button proceeded to tell me that my radio wasn't working. They never attempted to get my VIN, I asked about a scanner to pull up the information. She said she fudnt have one. She closed the hood of my carmy told me I could leave my car for a diagnostic test for $200+ but needed to leave my car and pick up Monday. They left me sitting in the service bay...not resolving my issue. I sat there about 5 to 10 minutes before told them I wasn't refusing service but pulling out until my friend got there. I got my manual and called Honda Mfg for assistance. I explained all the above, he was in shock that they claimed they couldn't help me. He helped me over the phone by using my VIN. He provided me the code fir the radio and it reset. I politely went back in the service area and informed them my car did have a code. I expressed how disappointing I was that they just left me oj the bay after being a faithful customer at that location. She stated I don't know how he did that but it's not our processes. I told her it wasn't a He but Honda Manufacturing that helped me. I told them I would not be coming back!!Very disappointed!!It's call process improvement for customer satisfaction ma'am.
