Purchased a TV installation service from these guys. Was quoted a price, then they came out and included additional items they didn't tell me about and I specifically told them I didn't need. Am now being told I cannot get a refund for the unneeded, $25 power cord.Business response

This customer has done all this as a terrorized effect And were here at ProMount along with **************************** do not negotiate with terrorist The customer was quoted the price with the cable before install in which our technicians travel to the local ********** to get these items for the said customer customer decided a week later he didnt need it and when he called for a refund he expected us to come and get the cable for him and give him his money back the customer became very irate and started leaving bad reviews on all of our platforms we notified this customer that we did not do refunds on electrical items like cables outlets etc. this information as stated on the original invoice we did not sneak nor scam this customer out of any money The customer paid the invoice after the installation note this is an itemized invoice the customer watched the technicians install all the items customer was happy at the end of installation and paid the invoice, since this install date we issued a refund to the customer and the customer then disputed this charge to their bank voiding our return process The customer was also sent a $20 adjustment to the provided cash app we have reached out countless of times trying to reason with this customer to reach no explanation towards his actions we have gone above and beyond for him from the very start to finish and Im deeply sorry that the customer has had this Experience we would like the customer to know for in the future that if you were not looking for a professional installation please do not contact a professional company we were able to also pull up his ****** reviews as hes done in the past this is a reoccurring situation for him and I believe that he does this to scam businesses into giving him a refund which again we do not negotiate with terrorist thank you for your business thank you for your review we will make it more clear from this point forward that our standards are never lowered
