I am making a complaint solely based horrible services and being misled. I've give. Ample time and patience to get results from this company. I started in March 2022 here it is almost a year later and I have to constantly reach out for a response send countless emails and messages and no response. However when I attempted to get my money back through PayPal for lack of service after months the company said they needed more time and I should be patient. So I acted in good faith.. for more time to pass and nothing and I believe this is just to scam and keep people's money. It's horrible!! Distasteful if you're gonna offer a service then do it and get it done. My whole thing is the lack of communication to the customer/client you've already been paid. So yes I don't recommend this company and I will definitely be leaving my most brutal honest opinion on my ****** review.. BEWARE.Initial Complaint

I am in receipt of a transaction of $495, dated 10-8-03 for the sale of a timeshare. We have had numerous emails (which I have proof of), which have said they were showing the property, reduced amount for the sale, etc. He has not responded to my emails for quite some time. I've also left numerous voice messages with the representative.Business response

My last voice message was June 22nd; a subsequent email was July 11th whereby I informed ***************** that I will be submitting a complaint with the BBB if I do not receive a refund of the $495.
Since the start of our agreement to sell our timeshare in 2013 we have consistently had him lower the price. The last few years we have said to take any offer.
The last response I've received from the company was Aug 2nd of 2021 and is as follows:
