About 10 years ago, I bought a timeshare on the resale market through Gold Key Exchange. It was a simple process and the unit was a couple of thousand less than the resort wanted. I won't be able to use the timeshare any longer so I called Gold key last year to see if they could sell it for me. ************************* handled the sale for me. It just sold for more than I originally paid for it and just a little less than my asking price. I am very satisfied with their services.

I recently sold my timeshare through Gold Key Exchange and had an excellent experience. I wasn't using it any longer and placed it up for sale in December, 2022. I received an offer in February but it was little below my minimum price so I held out for a better offer. In late March, i received an acceptable offer and the sale was finalized within a couple of weeks. ***************** kept me updated and walked me through the entire process. I would recommend Gold Key to anyone selling a timeshare.

I bought into this scam on August 26, 2020. I was contacted by Gold Key Exchange, *****************. He had all the right answers and promised to sell our Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare/vacation rental of which we own a 1/56th share in in the ***************. I did my due diligence. He gave us the number of $56K and would take $53K. He said he had a A+ rating with BBB. I checked up on the BBB website and it looked legit. It sounded good. I read reviews which all sounded good but there was one person on the reviews that was a bad rating but his excuse was she upgraded without telling them which sounded logical but it seemed like the cost should not have made a difference if she paid the $1000. I recently called like on 5/11/2022 all along thinking I have never heard from ***************** in all of these years. In fact he has never called me without me calling him first with a question or where to send him the money. He now has an answering service. I guess business is good for him. He has still not ever called me back. We were charged $999 & was told we would get our $1000 back at the time when it was sold & buyer would pay our maintenance fee. I have yet to hear from him. We paid the $999 and he's gone in the wind. He took our money and we haven't heard from him, not a peep. We gave him money in Aug 2020, I called him in Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec of 2020 and then in Jan of 2021. He always had an excuse, i.e., we have a room where we can show now since Covid. We have 2 people really interested in it. We have a person who has really bad credit but we are trying to get boyfriend to put in his name. I will call you soon. The excuses go on and on. I would like my money back & contact as to why I haven't heard from him in 1 & 1/2 years. I haven't changed my number -- it's still same phone #. I would like a refund of the full amount since he has done absolutely nothing to sell our timeshare. It's just wrong that he is still in business and taking people's money.
