I placed an order on March 4, 2024. Ive reached out to the company multiple times and have not received a response. I have no idea where my order is or when it will be delivered.Initial Complaint

I placed order ****** on the Citizens E Industries INC. website for ******** ***** ***** - 2 pack. This order was placed on 22 December 2023. On 13 January 2024, I received an email from the company that my order was shipped via USPS, with a tracking number of 92001903332000300079579628. Using the tracking number provided, the USPS web tracking shows that a shipping label was created and the USPS was awaiting the item. The label was created in Blane, TN 37709, on January 13, 2024 at 12:16 PM. There is no further updates on USPS web tracking and no acknowledgement that the item was ever received by the USPS. As of today, 29 January 2024, I have not received my order, nor has there been any update on tracking this order from either Citizens E Industries or the USPS web tracking. I would appreciate an update on the status of my order, and notification of when I might expect to receive the items that I purchased, in good faith, from this company. The company website has no email address for customer service or any kind of contact information, besides a PO Box in Blane TN.Business response

I’m sorry for any delay with this order. We had a major snowstorm in our area that delayed shipment. We attempted to contact our customers regarding this issue, but it appears we did miss a few. The package has since shipped and shows delivery on February 2 the tracking information is **** * ***************************
I am also going to refund the customer for their purchase for the delay and trouble.Customer response

11-3-23 Purchase was for 129.00 including shipping. The item was a tactical necklace. The seller has not sent the item and has ignored all means of contact.Business response

I’m sorry for any misunderstanding around ordering this product. As stated on the product page on our website, all of our necklaces are individually handmade to order. Because of this, they take a little longer to ship, typically between 3 to 4 weeks. The 3-4 weeks does not include the amount of time needed for the shipping company to deliver it after we ship.
This order was placed on 11/03 and shipped on 11/27. The tracking information ***** *************************** shows the package was delivered on 12/6.Customer response
