They lied to me about what time they closed and they lied the entire day as if they were programming my key but I stopped by around 4:30 that evening and they hadnt done anything but left my windows down and my seats were soaking wet and they hadnt touched my car!Review from Angela B

As customers, we were not treated fairly at all at Bolivar Ford in Bolivar, *********. We found a vehicle on line. A salesman sent ** pictures. We took off work, drove two hours, and when we got to the dealership, the vehicle that was portrayed, was nothing like the picture. The vehicle was nasty, bugs all over the front, tires were muddy, no leather seats as advertised, the mileage was almost ***** miles different than advertised, and it was a plain vehicle. It also smelled really bad. The pictures that we were sent was of a very nice vehicle. It almost looked brand new. The salesman we were told to talk too, had no clue about the vehicle and he was very embarrassed about the situation. We never got to talk to the two people we had talked too before we went to see the vehicle. Needless to say, we left with no vehicle, and no one seemed to care about us as customers. I will never do business with them again. We were out a day's work and a two hour drive for nothing. I hope this is not something they do on a regular basis.
