I took my **** F150 to them for a wheel alignment. They kept driving around and finally I got ride away and they called trying to sell me a complete front end and brakes and all components and quoted over $1100. stated alignment "is in spec" and I drove off after paying. called half mile later because is pulling to right and told me pay for entire inventory list or I'm on my own. Front tire toe are visibly out about 15 degrees and I have a picture of this. Please contact via email for pics or the "alignment sheet" and bill and inventory of wish list they hoped to sell.Business response

****** came in on 06/21/23 asking for an alignment because the truck was pulling right. We inspect the front-end before we do alignments because sometime the vehicle will have parts that are worn and need to be replace in order to get the alignment right. ****** needed parts. We told ****** that parts needed to replace included replacing the brakes. He did not ask about the brakes, but his front rotors had ****** in them and it looked like someone had just replace the pads.We recommended replacing brakes and rotors because brakes can cause a pull like he was describing. ****** did not want to replace anything so we just did the alignment. ****** called after he left and we tried to explain again why it needed the parts, but he started arguing with our front counter person telling her that we were lying and did not touch the alignment on his vehicle. He argued with her several minutes saying we did not know what we were doing and such.He also sent several text messages the next day saying similar things. I have uploaded the Invoice which shows the parts we recommended. I uploaded the before printout from the alignment machine showing what the truck was at then and added the after showing what it was when it left. I uploaded 3 text messages he sent but there were others. I also uploaded a short video clip of the tech working on the truck, turning the sleeve that ****** was talking about in the text messages. We did what he wanted done. Please let me know if there is anything else you need. Thank You. ***********************Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
Service not performed. Wheels not set parallel, their claim that my rotors not being brand new has no bearing on wheel toe. Sent this reply 4 times now 3 with pics and video but keeps saying too large.
