They keep trying to charge my card after they already got paid what I sent. And there seems to be no stop to it. If I didn't have my Card locked then they would have charged me for funding someone's inmate account a second time today. And I just only wanted to fund it once. It's like they are trying to steal my money. It's quite ridiculous. Especially for those of us that are barely struggling to pay our own bills. And help our loved ones while they are incarcerated.Business response

I have just reached out to you by phone and there was no answer. I did however leave you a voicemail. I have searched our system for any indication of a duplicate or multiple transactions with card ending in 0994 and I can only find one transaction which was on 3/16/24 for the resident *********************** at ****** Co, ** facility. Im trying to unblock an inmate , I keep calling and receiving the voicemail. I have left several messages and no one returned my messages or unblocked the inmate. This company should have it whereas as I can unblock it online myself.Business response

I need an individual unblocked as they were blocked by mistake. There's no option to do so myself and I can not reach a live person to help. I have called customer service and left 2 voicemails and I have emailed. No response.Business response

On 8/18/2023, ********************** told me I had to use the Kiosk in order to talk to my son who was temporarily incarcerated. I deposited on that $50 with a $2.74 processing fee and $2.00 deposit fee. After he was released, a balance of $39.34 still sits on the account. I have tried numerous times to get this money refunded with no success.Business response

We have reached out to you today 10/9/23 by phone, and a customer service representative left you a voicemail. We also sent you an email to *********************** Please feel free to email us back if you have any questions.
You will need to contact CPC directly as they are the phone company and have these funds. We are a money transferring service, we don't hold onto these funds. Once you make the deposit through us your funds are sent to the phone company to fund the phone account.

I been trying to talk to a live representative but I can't get ahold to anybody and the issue I'm having they're not even giving me that option and I find it very unprofessional not to have a live representative to talk to and not having many options to choice from!! I done email the company several times and still no response nor help.... all I'm asking for is my money back... IT would ve nice to talk to a real human... it's so irritating not to be understood are to have nobody to understand and to help with your problem... I put money on ******* account when I know I clicked on inmate account but I'm just asking for a refundBusiness response

September 2 2023, Saturday, I went to the Johnson County ** ****** Jail to make a deposit into the Correct Pay Kiosk for an inmate, *****************************. After selecting the inmate, I put $90.00 into the Kiosk as directed. The screen said I put $70.00 into the Kiosk. I tried to rectify this but the screen went back to the original select the inmate screen and though I tried to correct this, the inmate did not get any funds nor did I get my money back. I had never told the machine to process the transaction. It took my $90.00 and did not give the funds to the inmate nor return the money to me. I have called them 7 times on their robo phone line but have not received any satisfaction. I am a teacher and that $90 is a lot of money to me. Plus I am still working full time at age 72. This is unfair to take advantage of people.Business response

Our records show that since 9/2/23 we have made several attempts leaving you 4 return messages. On 9/11/23 one of our customer service representatives finally was able to connect with you over the phone to gather the necessary information for us to reach out to the facility. An email has been sent to the person who empties the kiosks at the facility. Once they empty the kiosk and can confirm there is $90 of unaccounted funds, we will be able to apply to your residents account. We kindly ask for your patience during this time period as we are patiently waiting for the 3rd party to empty the kiosk so we can assist you. We have your callback number on record and as soon as we receive that confirmation of funds, we will reach back out to you. Again, we thank you for your patience.
