CorrectPay- is a HUGE RIP OFF!!! IT CHARGES $3.90 TO SEND $5.00 IF YOU CAN ONLY SEND YOUR LOVED ONES $4.00 THEY CHARGE YOU $3.90 TO DO THAT. Absolutely disgusting greed. There's a far cry difference between profitability and sheer GREED. SHAMEFULReview from Tieasha B

The app keeps giving me a message saying my fiancé has went over the number of deposits in one day and it's not letting me add money to account I am very disappointed with this service and I am not understanding because I know he haven't went over the limit this issue needs to be fixed asapReview from Brenda S

Huge fee's, The gift basket never got delivered, yet money not returned , site is down as much as it's up , can't report it..as if they'd care .. except they're not making money when website is down.. maybe they should consider THAT... I have contacted this business neumorus times, I've been called back one time, I've been lied to, cheated out of my money, an employees were the rudest I've been in an ongoing battle for over 10 months trying to locate my money that was originally sent to a inmate commissary account where I have a receipt of this, after the fact that the inmate never received any of the money, was told they put my money on a tech texting account an that's like stupid crazy first off the receipt I have said it was inmate commissary, all in all the funds never posted to the account my side or his side it says 0.00 all around the board, was told that it had to be used for text messaging that's ******** first off why in the **** would I consent to 214.16 cents coming off my account for messaging for a weekend trip to jail observed anyway. I had to contact the jail neumorus times get documented inmate records receipts stating the money didn't go to the inmate still I sit here with 214.16 cents just stolen because it's not showing up since this 10 month ordeal the inmate went back to jail an before he did I spoke with the employee she never did give me a name but I'm sure it's documented on the recorded phone call when the inmate went back we was told the funds was on the account again Nothing but lies an scams from this company worst company ever in my book I've since been contacted by a lawyer an if someone doesn't show me where my money is or give me a full refund that's what should be done anyway I'm gonna sign the paperwork an get this case started im over it yall have kept my money far far to long now that I am positive yall lied saying it was on the account when in fact it wasn't then nor now I have all documents for my proofs an statement from the inmate record department along with not one trip but two an still no money still no call still Nothing fixed all I can say is I sure hope you have as much proof from phone calls to emails to documented documents notarizedReview from Arlene P

They give you a number to add money to an inmates account. They give you the inmates name and location of where the inmate is, but after you add the money they don't accept it at that location. After they get the money there is no way to get a refund, no phone number, email or any means to contact anyone, This company is a rip off. They are taking peoples money and not rendering any service. Someone needs to check this company out and shut them down. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Crappy service and I have called your business and I will do it again. your service was not rendered as it was to have been. I want a total refund for the specific visitation video call and the commissary. You all sure know how to gets ppls money even when it went through my credit card. My order ID is *******. Call was at 10am with code *******. It said no active call, or no scheduled visitation. I am quite upset with your services. It isn't the inmates fault that an inmate passed away and that the jail put them on lock down. Your service ***** and my boyfriend can't even use his commissary. So anyway what is the ******** reason for that?? Yes I know that sometimes it takes time but if I made an appointment and it was approved then why did I not get that? Anyway I will be looking into this matter completely as of now. This is ridiculous.Review from Kesia W

My husband has only been at the jail which choose to use VendEngine - CorrectPay over ******* for a week. In that time the following has happened. I downloaded the app for convenient service - HORRIBLE idea tooooo many bugs. Via the app you are given the opportunity to message your loved one for free with/without one picture. When you are typing your message the app will close. When you are sending your message the app will close. I have reported this to ***** as well as gave it one star. I scheduled multiple video visits: one visit it consistently told me it wouldn’t start until the designated time. It took me eight minutes to get thru. Which means I PAID for a fifteen minute visit and only received seven minutes. Second visit I used the app and it took away four minutes due to not connecting - it asked me for the code six times. I started the visit from the link provided. Third visit I paid for I am still waiting for it to be rescheduled. Fourth visit it charged my card and did not provide the visit saying insufficient funds - what a joke. The customer service representative told me it’s my fault that I lost minutes and did not receive the visits. She stated I shouldn’t try to use the phone in the car. No refund or rescheduling! This company is a scam. I URGE every customer to hold on to their receipts because this company will face a class action lawsuit sooner than later. You cannot steal from people, get rich and think it’s okay. I will leave it in the hands of Yahweh. I have reported this company to the FDIC. You cannot charge someone’s card for service then not provide the full service and not issue a refund when the money is not used - this fall under unauthorized transactions and can be disputed with the bank. When this company receives enough chargebacks the FDIC will launch an investigation. From that investigation is a class action lawsuit. I have screenshots of the issues. You are not for keeping families together/connected. You want money!Review from Stacey A

They provide an app that doesn't work. Nearly all 1 star. They take your money and do not provide the service and do not give your money back. Scammers! Customer service is non-responsive.VendEngine, Inc. Response

I've been "unauthorized" twice on their site which is funny because we never send anything vulga or out of the way. Today we have a scheduled video visit and last night I was "unauthorized" again. Which means I can't get into the site. Kind of stinks people spend their money especially the way things are right now and we can't even get what we paid for which is to see our loved ones and what's worse is knowing you didn't do anything wrong and can't even talk to someone about it.VendEngine, Inc. Hi *****. This message pops up when the IP address has been blocked by our system for some reason. Luckily it is fairly easy to change IP address and this block goes away after 24 hours. To change your IP address you just have to connect to different internet. If you are on data switch to wifi, if you are on wifi switch to data or another wifi.
