      A Celero rep contacted me and invited me to a meal to discuss credit card transactions. This salesman discussed saving money. I did not accept to sign up and the salesman got upset and I told him not to call me again. Another salesman apologized and asked if I would reconsider. I advised I would reconsider. He said someone would be calling me. After getting the call to set up an account, I realized I had been charged two months worth of fees. I attempted to call every number I had. Eventually I was told I was going to be sent the *** form where they withdrew funds. I never got the email showing I agreed.

      We regret that you were not satisfied with your experience as one of our merchant customers.  Our customer satisfaction is remarkably high, but we are always striving to exceed every merchants expectations. We appreciate your feedback, and in regard to the specific item you raised we can confirm that in order to open a merchant account with us every applicant is required to execute account opening paperwork, without exception.

      Company charged for services it could not provide. Company was contracted to provide credit card processing services. Celero said they could supply the services and integrate with my bookkeeping software and also with my website. Once it was determined they could not provide the services promised I asked them for a refund of all fees since they were in violation of their contract. They finally stated they could not integrate with either my bookkeeping software or my website. They also charged for a monthly services they were not providing. In total they charged me the following on dates indicated for a service they could not provide.($95.00, $75.00, $75.00) totaling $245.00 - 10/4$26.29 ---11/1$17.49---- 11/10$2.71 --- 12/2Total = $291.49 to be refunded

We are pleased to respond that we have refunded all charges referenced by Mr. ***** in his complaint and have reached out to him to see if we can alleviate any further concerns or answer any questions. Celero prides itself in solving issues when they arise and wish Mr. ***** well in his future business ventures.
