This company lured me in with assurances of lower processing fees. Upon receipt of my first statement, I was charged significantly higher fees not even considering the annual fee I was charged and never got back. This company was dishonest and I don't recommend doing business with them.Review from Tj H

Very quick to get your business and tell you everything you want to hear. They lied to me about almost everything like buying my old lease equipment after a month of trying to get a shipping return label I return my old equipment to Celaro and they never returned it. I have now been paying for my old pos system and the new one because my lease was never cancelled like stated. also, I'm being charged several hidden fees with this company. They have cost me nearly $3000 dollars in 3 months of fees, and they are impossible to get ahold of and will not reply to emails. I hope this does not put my small business out of business.Review from Miguel C

We wanted to cancel contract after giving them business for many years, but it dragged on for many months, not send cancellation form, not processed, missing this or that, you must keep on demanding confirmations repeatedly, meanwhile it kept on charging $42 monthly fees, took us several months to cancel. Plus a big $400 cancellation fee. This company is unethical and unprofessional. Stay away.Review from Paul L

After my complaint / notification was sent to Celero. A representative from the company contacted me by phone and has agreed to credit me for a portion of the fees that were taken from my account. In addition, I respect and agree with his offering. I gave verbal alert to the closure of my business and did not put in writing. I accept the consequences and appreciate the willingness of Celero to refund a portion of the fees incurred after my business seized to operate.Review from Finesse it pro B

My recent experience with Celero Commerce left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The sheer lack of communication between their sales representatives, IT department, and management was nothing short of appalling. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Celero Commerce, as their poor communication, minimal product knowledge, and overall incompetence make them an unreliable choice for any business. From the very beginning, it was clear that Celero Commerce's sales representatives were operating in their own silos, with no coordination or understanding of the customer's requirements. Any attempt to seek clarification or express concerns was met with vague responses and a complete lack of interest. It was as if they were more interested in closing the deal than actually understanding and addressing my needs. Furthermore, the lack of product knowledge displayed by Celero Commerce's staff was alarming. It quickly became apparent that they had minimal understanding of the equipment they were promoting. Rather than providing clear explanations or troubleshooting issues, their responses were filled with confusion and uncertainty. It was disheartening to realize that the very individuals who were supposed to guide me were ill-equipped to do so. Throughout my entire interaction with Celero Commerce, I felt like just another number on their sales sheet. Their poor communication, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction were evident at every turn. It was abundantly clear that they prioritized making a sale over providing quality service and support. Based on my experience, I strongly advise everyone to avoid Celero Commerce at all costs. Their poor communication practices, minimal product knowledge, and overall incompetence make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for any business. We have a much different perspective on this review. Our interaction started off with the merchant wanting to get away from ******, as he felt he was being charged too much. After several phone calls, the merchant finally decidedn on what route he wanted to take, as we cannot integrate with ****** and were extremely upfront about this fact. We offered to have a software demo done for another software option from ****** and doing a stand alone option along side ******. After several weeks to get back with us, the merchant decided to move forward with the only stipulation that he stated he needed was a tip adjust option which we could provide for him. Once he ran a test transaction on installation he decided he wanted a different type of tip adjust. As this came up after the fact and was not disclosed upfront, it would require a different application. We started all over with him again on a processing solution to make sure we covered all of our bases to get everything correct. We explained the other application and he decided take a look at the option. We set him up with a demo from our software team. When they reached out he was extremely rude and aggravated with them. Our software team reached out to the sales rep and let them know that the merchant didn't want the software option. The sales rep then reached out to the merchant to find out what he actually wanted to do. This call fell the day prior to the hurricane Idalia moving through the Tampa area. The merchant agreed to a follow up call after the hurricane to look at both options again so we could get him setup properly. We did our diligence to explain the process and why we were making sure that we handled this with care so that we would get him set up properly and offer the best customer service.Review from Deborah S

We have been with Celero's merchant processing for a year. They have lived up to ALL of their promises, and saved our company a LOT of money. I went through our Celero statements, divided the TOTAL fees due by the amount of sales, and it never went above 2%. Most of the businesses near us are adding a 4% card fee. We are very happy to stand out by only adding a 2% fee. I appreciate the follow-up that Celero does by periodically calling to see if we are satisfied with their service. I enjoy those phone calls with our account manager, D.B. He is professional, engaging, and genuine. I'm impressed by the outreach. Celero's business culture and practices make me very happy to have taken the chance and transitioned away from previous deceitful and thieving processors, equipment leasers, and PCI compliance providers. I would gladly and highly recommend Celero's merchant processing to any business. 9/15/22 review: I was the point person on moving our merchant processing over to Celero. I routinely ignore phone calls from merchant processors, but my initial conversation with Celero's J. B. was so polite and informative, that I decided to look into what Celero had to offer. After that initial contact, I received several conference calls from Celero's General Manager, B.R., and J.B. They were always informative, respectful of my time, and I never felt pressured by them. They genuinely seemed to want to help our company save money. My confidence in Celero easily persuaded my boss to make the switch. We have only been with Celero for a few months now, but I can already give them top-of-the-line grades in every conceivable area*, including the professionalism of each of the representatives I have dealt with, from our Account Manager D.B., to various others in Activation, Client Services, and Customer Service, all of which are clearly based in the United States. * Service, accessibility, follow-up, responsiveness, helpfulness, knowledge, transparency, and honesty.Review from Bjorn T

I have worked with several merchant card service companies over the years for me and my customers, and Celero is amazing. They provide a wide range of products to fit the needs of the company, have incredible customer service and Will F**** is our point of contact, and does an incredible job explaining this. My experience with celero has always been pleasant. My rep is attentive and helps make sure that my business needs are always met. The customer service department is always quickly available and ready to help trouble shoot in the event of technical interruption. The best part is that celero helped save my company hundreds if not thousands of dollars in fees that our previous company was charging us.Review from Drew B

I am a customer of Celero's and I am shocked to see some of the bad reviews below. I signed up with Gladys and she was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent. She explained the fees and anytime I have an issue or a question, she answers her phone even after hours or on the weekends. I would highly recommend her and Celero to any business owner who truly wants to know about this industry. Not all processors are shady and I am pleased to say that this one and Gladys are definitely NOT. Thank you Gladys for helping me save money and streamline my business.Celero Commerce Response
