In early March, 2022, I was made aware by the staff of ****** ****** (the corporate office of which is Marquee Dental Partners) that my Father, ******** ******** (B/D: XX-X-XX), had been overcharged by them. I had Power of Attorney for my Father and paid all of his bills. ****** ****** said he had a credit of $68.00. On March 21, 2022, I requested a refund, as my Father had entered a nursing home & had become wheelchair bound, and would no longer be able to travel to a dental office. I was told that it would take 12 weeks from that date to receive a refund. 17 weeks passed, meanwhile my Father passed ***** and I had still not received a refund for him. I called and was told that "they didn't know why I hadn't received the refund, but that I would now have to bring proof of his death certificate and a copy of the Will" so that they could request the release the funds to me. I went to their office that same day, July 5, 2022 and showed them the death certificate and a copy of his Will, which states that I am the Legal Representative of the Will. They re-filed the request for a refund on their computer, and while I was there, I asked for the phone number of the Corporate Office. I have called the Corporate Office (Marquee Dental Partners @ (XXX) XXX-XXXX several times, to no avail. They have done nothing to indicate that a refund is being processed. This refund is holding up the final distribution of my Father's estate. I am requesting help with receiving this $68.00 refund.
