I have been with Senior Solutions for over 2 years and it has been so challenging for them to staff for my needs. They frequently pull employees off scheduled shifts, to fill in for clients they may be in jeopardy of losing. They have staffed me with caregivers that include employees that have not completed any training and have zero experience in the caregiving industry. They've sent employees to my home that have a felony record; employees that they interviewed the day before and were assigned even though a background check had not been finalized; and even an employee who was relieved that they didn't do a drug test because she smokes weed. Senior Solutions is the LAST PLACE ON EARTH you want to approach for home health care for yourself or a loved one.Review from Tomeka P

My daughter is a patient under this Home Care Senior Solutions. This is the worst company to use for patient care. They do not train their employees or give them information about their patients. They literally send the staff In a home and they have no clue. They dont try to send other staff to cover shifts, just call you and tell you to implement a backup plan. Literally my daughter have been without her patient care for 2 weeks, and the only answer they have is that. They even stated we dont want to lose you. No management have visited from the company to even see how things are going or if she is getting proper care from their employees. Poor staffing and poor performance from this company. Please do not choose to have your loved one taken care of by this company. I have never seen anyone but they are quick to call and tell you to implement a backup plan. They need to be removed from Patient Care business.Review from Peter B

I have been a customer for a few years now, and I'm very grateful for these folks. They're caring, professional, and they go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. Thank you!
