              I'm a beneficiary of my mother's account and I've tried I gave them all the information on this tried to mail death certificate tried to fax it tried to email it nothing is enough they are telling me I have to decide on what I want to do with the money and refuse to tell me how much money is there I just need to know how much it is in order to make a decision

              I have read the reviews about Corebridge and they share the same experience I've had. I need to withdraw funds from my account, I started the process in May and it is now the end of June 2024 and I have not been able to receive my money. They have given me solutions that are not followed up on, every time I call all they do is reread the notes from previous phones calls. They work remotely and I believe that this is a huge part of the problem there ISNT an office where you can go and verify who you are they hide with your money and ask for only one solution because that is the only way they can verify who you are remotely. While Im at home calling attorneys about the issue they are at home in their PJ's. When I call they only reiterate the previous messages and only after 7 calls was it move to a "Client Care Advocate" who had the nerve to poke fun at the people I had worked for, for not being efficient. Contact a bank and transfer your money out today!
