my foot leg fell off of my electric wheelchair I called numotion service after 45 minutes on hold I got a hold of somebody and talk to them the problem they stated they would give this started. this was on October 24th, I called back on October 31st to find out what was going on and I got to find out they had not even ordered the part yet. what does company gives you money for the initial purchase of a product service and questioned our go unanswered after payment. this company has the lousiest service I've ever dealt with. 8-9-22 Numotion finally after 3 months came to repair my wheelchair. I need my rims to my wheelchair, the ines on it are to big and slide at times. I can not lower my arm rest because the wheels are so large, the arm rest wiggle, I need them to give me my rims,Business response
