      I spent a lot of money on this electric wheelchair and I've had to call for repairs every other week. It's the same issue and now the guy who comes out to fix it apparently is either not doing it right or it needs to be replaced. Worse CO ever they don't answer the phone and your stuck with a bad product that's very very expensive! I just need to get this fixed! It's not working correctly and when you're in wheelchair you need to know it's going to work right! They didn’t listen when I was telling them I needed. It's not right when the company employees are rude throw cards at youake it look like it's my fault because I have to call constantly. The service guy literally threw cards said if I'm not available call these ppl. I had already called everyone and they don't do anything to fix my chair! I waited a year to get this chair went into debt for it and when you're paying a lot of money you expect to be treated like gold not so with them. They are rude, don't know how to fix the chair and expect me to just deal with it. It's as much as car and I get better service from dealership than I do this company. I want to know what I can do about this situation?

      Trying to get my power wheelchair fixed. Called for an appointment for service tech to come out. Their response was to make a in shop appointment. How do you do that with a big power wheelchair? Their response call your insurance company they will provide transportation. Company is located 20 miles outside of Atlanta and I don’t have a car. They use to come to your house to fix your chair. I even had a couple customer service reps tell me to rent a car or truck to bring it in. Unbelievable the service they are providing to handicapped customers

      Worst company for medical equipment, they're in no rush to repair their products! I've been stuck outside twice within a year with a jazzy 6 chair for batteries and control gear box issues. Advoid this company,if possible, customer service will tell you,every excuse to rush you off the phone, they promise to have someone call you back, that won't happen either! I had to call 911 to get someone to help me get this new chair back home! * Buyer's Beware warnings should be next to the name of this company! Shop elsewhere

      NuMotion is a very difficult company to work for. I placed an order for repairs for my wheelchair in October 2022, they requested funding in December 22. Why does it take 2 months to request funding. I called back in January 23 and they said that they were still waiting for funding approval. I called back in Feburary and they advise "oh, we got an email from your insurance last week and they want to know what chair they were fixing." Why did they not contact me to find out???? I asked for a supervisor to speak to and they said they would have one call. It's been a week and no call. I called back this morning and am now waiting for another call. Horrible customer service! This is not the first time that I have had similar experiences, like most disabled people I just want to live a productive live and be able to move. I wish I could select 0 stars
