You bought TCED in Feb 2019 & I admitted there 2 mos. later & "transition" issues aren't excusable w/ such a vulnerable population but you didn't care
You didn't care about abruptly firing my therapist just about as soon as I bonded with her - or the damage it might do, if I might have had a therapist DIE & another violate every boundary but the sexual boundary & how that might cripple my ability to trust therapy in general in the future but you made thousands of $$ off me
- didn't care about the other pt so sick I had to drive her to ER b/c you didn't care there wasn't adult staff to do it but you made $$ off of her
- didn't care about the pt who starved for a mo. - or the one who purged for a mo. - or that there was no adult staff to help them outside program hrs but you made $$ off them for a mo. before sending both to one of your other facilities where you continued to make MORE $$ off them
- didn't care that b/c of pts too sick to be there we were locked out of the bathrooms after hrs & overnight w/o adult staff to let us in - or how humiliating it was to beg teen staff to potty/brush our teeth - or how that regular humiliation might negatively impact our treatment - as long as you made $$ off of us
- didn't care this left teen staff w/ NO CHOICE but to break rules: 1-let adults in teen unit, 2-take teens in adult unit to unlock it or 3-come over w/o them leaving them unsupervised & alone - as long as you kept taking their parents' & our $$ & that of our insurance cos
- didn't care 6 adults were crammed in 2 former offices & forced to share 1 shower we could only get to thru 2 doors into the construction area which had workers present by 730am & only a heavy plastic sheet between us & them
- didn't care construction disabled washer/dryer for 6 wks (that we were paying to be able to use)(another reason we had to bother teen staff)
- didn't care that though down 1 therapist, while at the same time adding more pts, YOU ADDED MORE HRS TO THEIR LOAD by forcing wkend programming - as long you kept making $$
- didn't care we BARELY got 1 single hr ind. therapy/wk - simply unacceptable at this level of care - if an ED needs HOSPITALIZATION it's SEVERE ENOUGH to mandate much more than that - but as long you're making $$, right?!
- didn't care we had no therapy groups either Weds or Thurs the last 6 wks I was there but kept taking our $$ for those groups
- didn't care to connect me (or the 1/2-doz fellow pts I've stayed connected) to any sort of specialized care, ED specialists or ED groups after discharge - unless it was at your clinic so you could continue to make more & more $$ off us
- didn't care you blatantly publicly falsely advertised specific & thorough followup/aftercare online well into Oct - if you were an car company you'd be bankrupt from false-advertising lawsuits
- didn't care your exec director refused any compensation for any of this
- didn't care your CEO failed to respond to my emails about any of it
- didn't care your corp rep failed to offer any recompense
- STILL DON'T CARE what happens after you make $$ off patients b/c you've no resources invested in discharge personnel or discharge pt advocacy, yet an ABUNDANCE of Marketing , Branding, & Admission "Specialists" (why don't you just call them "recruiters," like the Army?)
- STILL DON'T CARE about your employees, either, b/c they keep quitting (I've watched the incessant staff turnover there online) & you STILL DON'T CARE about pts b/c you're hiring young brand-new grads w/o any experience to treat one of the most complicated mental illnesses w/ the highest fatality rate & one of the highest incidences of childhood sexual abuse, which requires the most experienced & confident clinicians
You owe all summer 2019 patients full refunds
