We had our basement painted in November 2021. We let the team know about the moisture concerns that was addressed with a new gutter system and sump pump. The team told us they would use a specialized paint so we didn't have to worry about the issues we were having with the previous paint. The work looked great at first, but over time we noticed the old white paint seeping through to the gray paint. We contacted the team in Dec 2021 (1 month after painting) and they came back to correct the seeping issue. They only corrected a small portion because they were not sure the correction would work. The correction did work and we ask them to come back to fix the rest of the cinder block. This was supposed to be scheduled at the same time we were having our built-ins painted. When we met with NashPainting about the unit, we let them know they were for a toddler's playroom and would have a lot of usage. They assured us that they would paint with a durable paint and even put a clear coat over the paint so that there would not be any issues with scratching from items being put on and off the shelf. After two attempts to get the unit painted properly, the manager came in to do it himself. The quality wasn't the best but at least it was better than the other attempts. The team broke several of our shelves in the process and the paint is not durable. Our son hasn't even used the playroom yet, and just by placing bins on the shelfs, we see gray and black marks that cannot be removed. We asked the team to correct the issues since their work is guaranteed by warranty and they said: "I did check with ******* and **** and they both said that they were personally involved at the end to be sure that we took care of all of your concerns including the wall. We used the correct paint and truly apologize that you are not satisfied. We came back multiple times to work on your project for you. Although we do appreciate your business I am afraid that there is not anything more that we can do."Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/07/05) */ We offered to return for a touch up and left a message with a voicemail that was not returned. We are glad to return for a touch up. Residual moisture pushing from behind a wall will not be fixed permanently with paint. We can try ****** in the moisture area as it is a small 1 square foot trouble area but we are not a waterproofing company and cannot guarantee that we can remedy a water intrusion issue. That would need to be addressed by a waterproofing foundation company. Please call us to set up a site visit.
