The transaction was on July 6 2024. I was told to send the money that weekend so Monday I could be seen, with instructions to text her my information that I would receive an email for a virtual visit when monday came I texted an asked where the email was so ************* called me asking about FaceTime I informed her I did not have FaceTime as I have an android I was informed to borrow someone's phone which I cannot do as I don't have anyone to borrow a phone from which I informed her of while on the call So she asked what carrier I had I told her straight talk and so she said that her husband bought them once to save money and how I mustn't have anything on my phone how my type of phones were cheap and really weren't worth having (rubbing me wrong I informed her how much I spend on my phone service and that its a great phone to have I just don't have access to FaceTime like an iphone) so she pushed my appt back and told me to figure it out saying she had informed me that I would need and iphone (which wasn't Even brought up until after our appt had come and gone.) The new appt monday at 6 came and went without so much as checking to see if I was able to accomplish what not even android and apple have been able to, which is combining FaceTime for all. So since I hadn't received services I politely asked for a refund and told ************* I didn't think we were a good fit and I would like to be seen closer to home. So that's when she said she was charging a lawyers fee? By the hr? And I wasn't aloud a refund saying she has informed me of the iphone situation and that its my fault i didnt recieve services and continued to try to reschedule me even after asking for a refund and now is threatening to call the police on me for asking for the money back I'm just trying to get a refund so I may go elsewhere as I cant do the FaceTime visit that is being asked of me I do not want to see this dr I just want the money back and to inform others of this wrong doing of a medical prof.
