In March of 2023 **** ********, my wife, went to Aspen Dental in Morristown for a consultation. She was told that they could remove all her adult permanent teeth and replace them with a permanent set of dentures in 6 months time. My wife was signed up for a company called Care Credit that is used to finance the procedure. After being reassured that the whole process would be completed in a 6 month time frame, my wife agreed and signed the application for Care Credit and was approved for up to 7,000.00 but the package that my wife chose for her dentures was only 1,700.00. My wife had her permanent teeth pulled that day and was sent home with a healing set for temporary use. during the next few months my wife was required to go into the office for molds to be made to ensure a proper fit of her permanent set. Around 10 months into this, my wife was told to come in because they had her permanent set ready for her. She went in and tried them and told them that they did not fit properly. She was told to take them home and try them anyway because even though she might not like them, they were so backed up that they didnt know when they could make another set that will fit properly. My wife returned back a couple weeks later and stated again that the teeth did not fit and that they stuck out to far and was loose. The man who makes the dentures said that he did that on purpose to pull the wrinkles out of my wifes face. My wife was sent home that day with no teeth at all and was told they would call her. Upon returning to Aspen Dental, my wife was told that they lost her dentures but they made her a new set, to wich we later found out under their own admission that the bottoms was used. I have disputed the bill with Care Credit and Aspen Dental refunded 3,800.00 back. Now they are calling and emailing my wife and I harrasing us and telling us we need to return the dentures or they are going to reverse the refund for their own guilt.
